I agree that awareness
is one of the solution to fight against human trafficking. However, there can
be more solutions that may help prevent human trafficking from happening. I
believe if there are severe punishment make against slavery owner or violator, the
amount of human trafficking should decrease. One way can also attributed to
attenuate the amount of human trafficking is presenting this issue through
media, and let more people known the potential dangers around. Most of the
human trafficker offer some profit or a promise to lure the victim or the
victim’s family, if they are aware of the hidden purpose, they would not be
easily trafficked. If the government or major Medias can advocate anti-slavery
topics, and reveal some way to avoid being trafficked, the amount should have
decreased. I like how the student corporate the data when he say the U.S spent
such huge amount of money on war and drug, but there are only few millions
spend in legislation for the victim of slavery. It shows government does not care
much about human trafficking, and it is a reason that allow violator to do
whatever they want.
When the student mention two examples of
slaves, he uses detailed description of how slave been treated in modern
society. It provided emotional appeal to readers, and
